Glenluce_1a

1972 (repr. 1974)

The Cistercian abbey at Glenluce is in the care of Historic Scotland. A short paper guide (‘leaflet’) was prepared by the Department of the Environment in 1972, consisting of four pages (cover, two pages of text, and reverse). Price 1p. It mirrors other guides with a history followed by a description. There is no plan.

The abbey was founded in 1191-92.
